This approach allows for very high precision non-destructive testing, with the following advantages:
- Micro Fracture Detection: Optical inspection identifies cracks invisible to the naked eye, potentially responsible for performance drops and long-term failures.
- Detection of welding defects and inhomogeneity: The system signals imperfections in the conductive joints or discrepancies in the structure of the module, which can significantly reduce the power output.
- Control of impurities in materials : Photographic analysis allows you to detect contaminants and unwanted inclusions, negatively affecting the conductivity and reliability of the module
Performance Test : Flasher Report and Energy Classification
Each module produced undergoes a solar simulator test (Flasher) to accurately measure peak power (Pmax) under standard conditions (STC).
Based on these data :
- Photovoltaic panels are classified by actual efficiency, ensuring transparency in the supply and full compliance with the declared technical specifications.
- Customers receive a detailed report with the real performance of each module, ensuring the quality and reliability of the product.
