Charge controller
The charge controller is an indispensable tool for the proper functioning of the stand-alone photovoltaic system. Its main function is to ensure a constant current to the loads, taking it from the panels and/or the battery.
It also takes care of stopping charging when the battery is fully charged and disconnecting loads when the battery is discharged, thus avoiding states of overcharging or deep discharge of the battery, greatly extending its life over time.
