Starting from 1 of January 2023, the obligation of environmental labelling of packaging has been implemented. With Legislative Decree 116/2020, which implements the EU directives on waste, packaging and packaging waste no. 851/2018 and 852/2018, the obligation of environmental labelling of packaging is introduced.
